Shipping Policy

At Noon Water, we are committed to delivering pure, premium hydration directly to your door in our sustainable aluminum bottles. Because our cases are heavy, we take extra care to ensure they arrive safely and efficiently.

1. Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following options:

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier volume or weather.

3. Subscription Shipping

Our subscription service is designed for your convenience:

  • Weekly Subscriptions: Shipped every 7 days from your initial purchase date.

  • Monthly Subscriptions: Shipped every 30 days from your initial purchase date.

  • You can manage, pause, or cancel your shipping frequency at any time through your Customer Account portal.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

5. Damages & Issues

Noon Water is packaged in durable aluminum, but we know accidents happen. If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact us at [first@noonwater.info] within 48 hours with a photo so we can send a replacement immediately.

6. Domestic Shipping Only

Currently, we only ship to addresses within the [United States/Your Country]. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses due to the weight and size of our 24-pack cases.
