Returns & Refunds Policy

At Noon Water, we stand behind the quality of our hydration. Due to the nature of our product (consumable beverages), we have a specific set of guidelines regarding returns and refunds to ensure the safety of all our customers.

1. Quality Guarantee & Damaged Goods

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or compromised in any way during transit:

  • Please take a photo of the damaged package and bottles.

  • Email us at [info@noonwater.info] within 7 days of delivery.

  • We will send you a replacement case immediately at no extra cost to you, or issue a full refund—whichever you prefer.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Any bottles that have been opened or had the seal broken.

  • Any cases where more than one bottle has been consumed.

  • Orders delivered more than 30 days ago.

3. Change of Mind / Unopened Returns

If you wish to return a case because you changed your mind:

  • The case must be completely unopened and in its original packaging.

  • You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. (Note: Because water is heavy, shipping costs can be significant).

  • Once we receive and inspect the unopened case, we will issue a refund for the product cost (minus original shipping fees) to your original payment method.

4. Subscription Cancellations

You have full control over your Noon Water journey:

  • You can pause, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time via your Customer Portal.

  • To avoid being charged for your next shipment, please cancel at least 24 hours before your next scheduled billing date.

  • Refunds cannot be issued for subscription orders that have already been processed and shipped.

5. Refund Processing

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please remember it can take 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
